The Real Estate Learnership is a 12-month programme designed to support selected learners on their journey towards becoming Non-Principal Property Practitioners. Successful learners are enrolled for the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate, NQF Level 4, and receive support towards preparing for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination, PDE 4.
The learnership is aimed at Previously Disadvantaged Individuals, with a special focus on youth and women. Applicants must meet the requirements listed in the relevant provincial advert, including having Matric or an equivalent qualification.
The current learnership opportunities are listed for Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Gauteng. Each province has its own application page, closing date and provincial requirements.
No. Applicants must be based in the province they are applying for. Provincial residence or location verification will be conducted, and applicants who do not meet the provincial location requirement may be disqualified.
Applicants are required to submit a certified copy of their ID and a certified copy of their Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Additional documents may be requested during the verification or selection process.
